SO You have decided to purchase wallpaper? What should you do now?
First
Determine the Purpose and Style of Your Wallpaper and Choose Design: Before you start shopping, you should have a clear idea of what you want the wallpaper for and what style you prefer. Think about the room you want to decorate and consider the colors, patterns, and textures that would work well in that space.

Now it is time to measure: Do it yourself or use our wallpaper calculator.
- Measure the height: Using a measuring tape, measure the size of your wall from the floor to the ceiling. Ensure the tape is held straight and taut for an accurate measurement. We recommend measuring at different points along the wall, as ceiling heights may vary slightly. Note down the highest measurement to account for any discrepancies.
- Measure the width: Measure the total width of the wall(s) you intend to cover with wallpaper. If your wall has any doors, windows, or other irregularities, measure the width of these sections separately and add them together to get the total width.
- Calculate the number of panels needed: Divide the total width of your wall(s) by the width of our panels (19 or 30 inches). Round up to the nearest whole number to determine the panels you'll need. For example, if your total wall width is 150 inches, you need eight panels (150 ÷ 19 = 7.89, round to 8).
- Height customization: If you require a custom height for your panels, provide the highest measurement you noted in step 1 when placing your order.
- Extra panels (optional)While not necessary, ordering one additional panel is a good idea to account for any potential mistakes or future replacements.

Figure out what material to use.
Peel and stick wallpaper has gained popularity recently for its ease of installation and removal. This self-adhesive wallpaper is an excellent choice for those looking for a temporary or renter-friendly solution, as it can be easily repositioned or removed without causing damage to the walls. Peel and stick wallpaper is typically made from vinyl, which makes it moisture-resistant and easy to clean. Despite its convenience, peel and stick wallpaper may offer a different level of sophistication, texture, or variety in design choices than traditional unpasted wallpaper. Additionally, it may not adhere as well to certain wall surfaces, and its longevity may be shorter compared to its conventional counterpart.
Unpasted wallpaper, also known as traditional wallpaper, requires adhesive to be applied to the back of the paper before installation. This type of wallpaper offers a wide range of design options, textures, and materials, making it a popular choice for homeowners who seek a classic, timeless look. Unpasted wallpaper is often more durable and long-lasting than peel and stick alternatives. However, the installation process can be more labor-intensive, requiring careful preparation, adhesive application, and precise alignment of each panel to ensure a seamless finish.
