REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not offer returns for the following items: wallpaper samples and custom products, such as:
- Custom color wallpaper (colors provided by customer)
- Custom size wallpaper (custom sizes, which are not listed on our size options)
- Custom design wallpaper (incl. standard design, but different scale – larger or smaller pattern)

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@lagrandclassique.com and return your item to SIA Monetic, Jekabpils 12, Riga, LV-1003, Latvia.
We will also replace items if we have sent you a product that differs from what you ordered in size, color, name, or pattern.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned in the "refund policy" section, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
