DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Yes, we do! For your convenience, we offer large 30 x 20-inch samples, which can be ordered by selecting the size option "SAMPLE".

WHAT EXACTLY IS PEEL AND STICK AND UNPASTED WALLPAPER?

Peel-and-stick wallpaper is also commonly known as self-adhesive wallpaper. It works like a big sticker, meaning you can simply peel off the backing paper and stick it on your wall – no glue necessary.

Unpasted wallpaper or traditional wallpaper is ideal for those planning full-home makeovers. It is printed using UV inks. Wallpaper paste is required for installation.

HOW LONG WILL THE WALLPAPER LAST?

La Grand Classique self-adhesive and unpasted wallpapers will last for several years or more. However, durability depends on your home's humidity and temperature.

ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT TAXES?

Yes, there may be customs fees or import taxes. All goods are shipped from the EU. Before placing your order, please check if any customs and import taxes apply to goods entering your country.

HOW MANY PANELS OF WALLPAPER DO I NEED TO ORDER?

La Grand Classique wallpaper is sold in panels, not rolls. This means you get precut, straight-match panels that align perfectly and won't produce waste. Our wallpaper does not require an overlap, so there is no need to calculate extra materials. To determine the right amount of material for your project, we advise using our built-in wallpaper calculator.

PEEL AND STICK AND NON-PASTED WALLPAPER APPLICATION

CAN I USE WALLPAPER IN MY BATHROOM?

Peel and Stick: Can be used in bathrooms, but not in direct contact with water or shower areas. Ensure the wall is dry and well ventilated.

Unpasted: Suitable with proper ventilation. Use the recommended paste for the best adhesion.

CAN I USE WALLPAPER AS A BACKSPLASH?

Peel and Stick: Suitable for smooth, dry areas away from heat sources. Not recommended behind stoves.

Unpasted: Can be used with proper care but is less durable than tile or metal.

CAN I USE WALLPAPER ON CONCRETE?

Peel and Stick: Surface must be smooth and clean. Lining paper is recommended.

Unpasted: Proper preparation required. Excess moisture may cause peeling.

CAN I USE WALLPAPER ON TEXTURED WALLS?

Peel and Stick: Not recommended for heavy texture. Test a sample first.

Unpasted: Suitable only for lightly textured walls with preparation.

CAN I USE WALLPAPER ON TILES?

Peel and Stick: Tiles must be smooth and clean. Grout lines may show through.

Unpasted: Lining paper recommended if grout lines are deep.

CAN I USE WALLPAPER ON WOOD, PLYWOOD, AND OTHER WOODEN MATERIALS?

Peel and Stick: Suitable, but test a sample first.

Unpasted: Not recommended for wooden materials.

CAN I USE WALLPAPER ON KITCHEN CABINETS?

Peel and Stick: Suitable if surfaces are clean and primed, if needed.

Unpasted: Not recommended.

CAN I USE WALLPAPER ON PANELING?

Peel and Stick: Can be applied if surface is clean and dry.

Unpasted: Lining paper recommended before installation.

CAN I USE WALLPAPER ON CEILINGS?

Peel and Stick: Possible with proper surface prep. Installation may require two people.

Unpasted: Possible but more challenging due to positioning.

WHAT TYPE OF WALLPAPER DO YOU OFFER?

We offer peel-and-stick and unpasted wallpaper options, both PVC-free and printed with brilliant UV inks.

ARE BOTH MATERIALS REMOVABLE?

Yes, both materials are removable. Follow removal instructions for peel-and-stick or unpasted wallpaper carefully for best results.

WHAT KIND OF INK DO YOU USE?

We use UV inks for both peel-and-stick and unpasted wallpaper, ensuring vibrant colors, durability, and scratch resistance.

CUSTOM ORDERS

CAN I ORDER WALLPAPER IN A CUSTOM COLOR?

Yes. Choose one of the available color options in the "Pattern color" menu to change the color of the pattern. If you have a different color in mind, please send me the color code or a link.

CAN I CHANGE THE HEIGHT AND WIDTH OF MY WALLPAPER?

Custom height available up to 180 inches for multi-panel orders. Custom width available for orders over $200.

CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM DESIGN PATTERN WALLPAPER?

At La Grand Classique, we understand that sometimes you may have a specific design in mind that isn't available on our online store. If this is the case, we invite you to send us a link to your preferred design pattern, and we'll be happy to check our databases to see if we can offer a similar alternative.

CAN I SCALE THE PATTERN OF THE WALLPAPER?

At La Grand Classique, we understand that you may want to customize the pattern size of your wallpaper to suit your specific needs and preferences. To accommodate this, we offer design modifications for orders over $150

LABEL MEANING AND CERTIFICATES

WHAT IS OEKO-TEX CERTIFICATE?

OEKO-TEX certification confirms the wallpaper has been tested for harmful substances and is safe for human health.

WHAT DOES PVC-FREE STAND FOR?

PVC-free means the product does not contain polyvinyl chloride, reducing environmental and health concerns.

WHAT FIRE RATING DO LA GRAND CLASSIQUE MATERIALS HAVE?

Our non-pasted wallpaper has a fire rating of C according to EN 13501-1, the European standard.

WHAT DOES FSC-CERTIFIED MEAN?

FSC certification ensures the paper comes from responsibly managed forests.

DISPATCH, DELIVERY, AND RETURNS

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES, AND HOW CAN I TRACK IT?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Riga, Europe. Tracking details are sent via email after dispatch.

CAN I RETURN MY WALLPAPER?

As our wallpaper is printed to order and custom-made for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if the wallpaper arrives damaged or differs from the item you ordered, we can provide a reprint. Please contact our customer support team at support@lagrandclassique.com within ten business days of receiving your order to report any issues or damages. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Thank you for being so understanding.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM; WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please send photos of the damaged wallpaper and packaging. We will arrange a replacement.
